As RSU is introducing its new institutional logo, university officials remind faculty, staff, and students that use of university marks and the university name are protected and require approvals from the university’s Public Relations office for use in promotional materials, specialty advertising items, and other promotional uses.
Effective immediately, all purchases of promotional items, advertising, or other uses of the university marks or name are to be pre-approved through the Public Relations office at [email protected]2020欧洲杯预选赛排名 prior to purchase or production. The campus print shop, in conjunction with the PR office, will work to ensure consistency of university marks and style guidelines for printed pieces produced on campus.
2020欧洲杯预选赛排名Additionally, the university has a licensing agreement with Learfield Licensing to protect use of university marks and name for commercially produced items.
2020欧洲杯预选赛排名Increased awareness and enforcement of this long-standing procedure was recommended to help ensure a stronger visual brand for the university. The measure was approved by administration following a recommendation from a cross-campus task force of faculty and staff formed to review RSU’s branding and advertising practices.
2020欧洲杯预选赛排名The university also is working towards identifying a single source for ordering promotional and specialty items so that RSU can leverage cost savings through collective purchases and better maintain brand standards. University officials hope to have this in place by fall.
